Mover/Helper

Description: Mover/helper is a vital member of the Smart Move team. All movers/helpers receive paid training. Background check and drug screening are required. Successful candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and present a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Compensation is dependent upon experience and starts at $16/hour.

Moving Lead

Description: Moving leads must have two years of moving experience. Lead operations require a comprehensive knowledge of the moving industry, logistics for packing, risk reduction, safety, and lean operations. Each lead is responsible for their crew's safety and the customer's satisfaction. Background check and drug screening are required. Successful candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and present a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Compensation is dependent upon experience and starts at $20/hour, plus bonuses.

Dispatch/Administration

Description: Dispatch administrators are responsible for facilitating logistical coordination of each job, the required resources for that job, and working with the customer and crew to ensure clear communication provides a positive experience. Maintaining the scheduling calendar, scheduling estimates, scheduling jobs, and working with field personnel with keen responsibility is a must.
